Partitioning of Switzerland, 2092 CE

In 2092, the European Union state of Switzerland, due to increasing internal and external support for a partitioning, was PEACEFULLY separated into three sections and divided between the other EU states of France, Germany, and Italy. On January 20th, 2092, the Swiss Partition Act was passed and put into effect and the state of Switzerland was no more. Germany and France both formed the 'Swiss Special Administrative Area" inside there claims, so that the newly annexed areas could still hold onto some level of autonomy from the rest of the state. Italy refused to do this, however, and absorbed the newly annexed areas into the already-existing Italian Regions.
