Hi there, happy December. The main project this year has been Bharat 2100, an in-depth view of South Asia in Future of Humanity during the 21st century; its history, politics, and wider society. This project is by far one of the complex I have ever made, featuring one of the largest maps (shown below) and the longest lore document to-date. The main image for Bharat 2100, slightly edited to avoid spoilers. I originally promised for this to be published by the end of 2023. However, this has been a... challenging year, for all involved in this project. Increased workloads at both school and my job, leaving an abusive relationship, medical issues, and good ol' writer's block have all left me with less time than I had anticipated to dedicate to Bharat. As a result, I haven't been left in a position where I feel I can publish this project by the end of the year. Rushing to complete what is left will result in an overall lower-quality work than what I am happy with, and will not do a work

Today I hit 50,000 page views. Thank you again to everyone who has given their support to myself and the work posted here. It's the single most-important thing that keeps motivating and pushing me to do what I do here. An update on Bharat: The main image has been done since last year, and the writing is about 35-40% done at just under 19,000 words. I expect it to be out sometime in the next few months, although this is subject to change as I'd rather focus on the quality of the work than getting it out in a timely manner. Thank you again for your support, I hope I can continue to count on it into the future. ~DT

FOH: October 31 is generally celebrated as the date for Halloween across the solar system, and is celebrated in different ways depending on where in inhabited space you are. For Caelonesia (Earth's gravity well), celebrations depend entirely on the makeup of a space station's population. Stations in low orbit, or with more nationally-homogenous populations, tend to have their celebrations very closely resemble those of their homelands; while stations farther from Earth or with more diverse populations can have traditions and celebrations syncretized from different groups. Spacers are a similar story, with celebrations depending entirely on the size and makeup of a ship's crew. A common tradition, however, is to indulge in wine, brandy, or cider made from the fruits grown in the ship's garden (a common sight on most long-haul cargo vessels). On Luna and Mars, the specifics of Halloween celebrations depend entirely on where you are. The colonial way of life, however, has changed

What do you think will be the reaction of people from the FOH TL to our timeline?

Sorry for the late response.

It would depend on when in the FoH timeline we're talking about. 2024 in the FoH universe isn't too different from our world now, barring a few changes (Lunar bases, different borders in Africa, East Asia, etc.). I would imagine the biggest surprise would be in the difference in technology. In 2024, computing and technology is 5-10 years ahead of our world. VR is more mainstream, along with robotics, AI, etc. The geopolitical changes would also be surprising, but less so.

2110 Future of Humanity would be much more surprised by our world in 2024. Socially-speaking, we'd likely be viewed as much more underdeveloped for all of our squabbles (ongoing wars of conquest, brandishing nuclear weapons, failure to take climate change seriously, etc.) I'd imagine their feelings towards us would much more resemble pity.

Thanks for the question!

No problem tnx for the answer! Btw love your content, hoping for more!

Is the main POD in FOH around 1946-1955 when the US bought Greenland?

It's one of the earliest changes, but not necessarily the POD. FOH doesn't technically have a set POD, it's more a series of changes in the first half of the 20th century.

You are awesome.

Thank you, you're awesome!
